Since launching their webshop in 2021, The Sneaker Store has firmly established itself in the Danish market. Today, they have built the largest community on social media in Denmark within their industry, which testifies to the support and demand for exclusive sneakers.
We had a conversation with Frederik Asklev Flindt Hansen, co-founder of The Sneaker Store ApS, to learn more about their decision to integrate Anyday on their webshop and what it has meant for their business and their customers.
Why did you choose to add Anyday to your checkout?
“We chose to add Anyday because our customers requested the option to pay for our products over time. We have a relatively high basket size, and Anyday has helped make it more accessible for all types of customers to shop with us.”
How long did it take before you noticed an effect?
“We saw sales through Anyday within a few hours.”
How could you see it in your sales?
“We noticed that sneaker sales increased, especially around Christmas, shifting from regular card payments to Anyday's installment plan. Likely because Christmas is an expensive holiday, where the option to pay in installments is something people choose.”
Why do you think Anyday works so well in your checkout?
“It works well because our customers have different needs when shopping online. Some want to pay upfront, while others prefer to pay over time. It gives our customers the freedom to choose how they want to pay for their new sneakers.”
